Product Warranty Information
The warranty for any and all products purchased through our web site or in store are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty. As we supply many products from various manufacturers, these warranty terms do vary. Please know that warranties do not hold the manufacturer responsible for damage sustained during shipment. Any damage to products during shipment are to be dealt with by filing a claim with the carrier. Do not accept a package damaged during shipment unless the carrier makes a notation of it on the Bill of Lading. Additionally, warranties do not cover damage caused by alteration, misuse, accident or abuse of products. Shipping costs are not warrantied and any costs must be borne by the Buyer, this includes costs of shipping to return a warrantied product regardless of the outcome of inspection. Any expenses, losses in revenue, or labor charges arising from the failure of a product are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. If you believe your product is defective and under warranty, please follow the RMA procedure and mention it when you talk to us.
